Available 24/7 for your service needs
48-72 hour turn around on most standard service calls
4 hour turn around on emergency service calls

Routine and Preventative Maintenance:

PM Services will be coordinated and scheduled with managers prior to service

Response Time:

48 HOURS: The majority of service calls are turned around within 48 hours.
SAME DAY SERVICE: When emergency is not necessary, but the matter is urgent.
24 HOURS: In most cases we will complete an initial visit to your store within 24 hours.
EMERGENCY SERVICE: 2-4 hours immediate call to store for over the phone problem solving or in person repair.

Step 1: Contact Made

You are contacted and a plan of action is established. The store will then be notified as to our arrival time and an email confirmation is sent to you.

Step 2: Site Visit

The site is surveyed and an estimate is generated based on our hourly flat rate and needed materials (Our team will respond on site and perform duties. If work can be performed under the not to exceed amount, the work will be performed same day). You will be given a Work Order that details the work and amount

Step 3: Quality Assurance Follow Up

One of our representatives will contact you to confirm work was completed to your satisfaction, followed by an invoice (please provide your billing protocol)
